Privacy Policy
This page explains plainly what data subphaisal.com collects about you, what we use it for, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to delete it. It is written from what our system actually collects, not copied from a standard template.
1. What We Collect
If you just browse the site, we do not collect your name or phone number — only anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics (see section 4).
If you place an order, we collect only what we need for delivery and installation:
- Name and phone number — to confirm your order and contact you
- Delivery address — only if you choose delivery. If you choose to install at a store, we do not collect your address.
- Items, quantities, prices, the store booked for installation, and order status
- Payment slip image — only if you pay by bank transfer or QR scan
If you sign up as a member, there is an extra, optional section: email, gender, vehicle details (make, model, license plate, tire size), service history, points, and reviews you write (stars, text, photos).
What we never collect: credit card numbers, national ID numbers or passwords. This site uses SMS OTP codes to sign in, with no passwords, and you never enter a card number on the site because we only accept bank transfer, QR scan or payment at a store.
2. How We Use It
- To process orders, deliver, book installations and issue receipts
- To send SMS OTP codes when you sign in, and order status updates
- To keep your purchase history so you can claim warranty at any store without a receipt
- To remind you when tire rotation or a scheduled check is due — you can opt out at any time (see section 6)
- To see overall which pages are used most, so we can improve the site
We never sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not share it with others for advertising.
3. Who Can See Your Data
- Our staff — only those handling your order and installation
- SMS provider — receives your phone number and message text to send OTP codes and status updates
- Shipping carrier — receives your name, phone number and address, only for deliveries
- Google Analytics — receives anonymous traffic statistics (see section 4)
- Government authorities — only when required by law
4. Cookies and Usage Statistics
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work: a sign-in cookie so you don't have to enter an OTP every time. Your cart is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us until you place an order.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get the most visits, where visitors come from and what they view next. This data does not include your name or phone number and is only used in aggregate. To opt out, change your browser settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep your purchase and service history for as long as you are our customer, because it is the proof used to confirm your warranty when you make a claim. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so under section 6, keeping only what accounting and tax laws require us to keep.
6. Your Rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you and request a copy
- Correct data that is inaccurate or out of date
- Have your data deleted
- Withdraw consent or object to how your data is used
- Opt out of scheduled reminder SMS while still receiving order SMS as usual
To use these rights, message LINE @subphaisal with the name and phone number used for your order. We will handle your request within 30 days, free of charge.
7. Security
Every page is encrypted with HTTPS. Payment slip images are stored separately, outside the public part of the site, and can be viewed only by the order owner and relevant staff. Sign-in uses SMS OTP, so there are no passwords to leak.
