Terminal position and case size must match your current battery — use the car finder or ask our technicians in store, free of charge.

Why change your battery with us

Genuine FB (Furukawa) batteries made in Thailand. Every price includes installation at our stores — no surprise charges. Before swapping, our technicians check the charging system and terminals to make sure the battery, not the alternator, is the problem.

12-month manufacturer warranty against defects, with claims handled through our store. Order online and pick a store and date right away — Bang Khae, Bang Bon, Phutthamonthon Sai 2, Chuan Chuen (Bang Yai) or Nakhon In (Nonthaburi). Pay online or in store; members earn points just like on tires.

Not sure which size you need? Use the car finder above, or read the label on your current battery (e.g. 55B24L, 100D26L, LN3) and match the code on the card. The L/R at the end is the terminal side and must match your current battery.

Frequently asked questions

What happens after I order a battery online?+

Pick a store and a convenient date at checkout, then drive in. We check the charging system and fit the battery free of charge — about 15–20 minutes. Pay online in advance or at the store.

Can you ship the battery to my home?+

No — lead-acid batteries are heavy and contain acid, so couriers won't carry them. Batteries are fitted in store only (tires and engine oil still ship free nationwide).

Which battery size does my car take?+

Use the car finder on this page — it shows the sizes that fit and the correct terminal side. Or read the code on your current battery (e.g. 55B24L, 100D26L) and match it on the card. Still unsure? Message LINE @subphaisal with your car model and year.

What's the difference between L and R terminals?+

It's the position of the positive and negative posts. It must match your current battery, otherwise the car's cables won't reach. The last letter of the size code (e.g. 100D26L) tells you which. Our technicians always check your old battery first.

Maintenance-free vs. conventional — what's the difference?+

SMF/MF batteries are sealed and never need topping up. Hybrid and conventional batteries cost less but need the water level checked and topped up periodically, as the maker recommends.

What is the warranty?+

FB covers manufacturing defects for 12 months; we handle the claim for you — keep your receipt or order number. It doesn't cover damage from use, such as leaving lights on, a faulty charging system, or not topping up water on conventional types.

How do I know my battery is dying?+

Slow cranking (especially in the morning), dim headlights when starting, a battery warning light, or a battery older than two years. Drop by any store — battery testing is free.
